I want to be the next Cosmopolitan CoStar, how do I apply?

I want to apply for a position that I previously saw listed online, but now it’s not listed. Can I still apply?
As our business needs change, we update our available positions online. When a position is no longer listed online, the position is no longer available. Add the Job Spies feature to your account. It will update you when a position becomes available again.
How can I learn about job opportunities at The Cosmopolitan if they are not listed online now?
Once you create an online account, click on the tab: Manage Job Spies. This tab will allow you to check areas that interest you. When an opportunity opens in a desired area, you’ll receive an email describing the available position.
I was referred by a current CoStar, what do I need to do?
We love it when CoStars refer great talent. Please complete an application. Under referral source, select employee referral and enter the current CoStar’s name.
What are the steps of the Talent Process?
The process may take longer than you expect, but we feel it’s critical to our success. Here’s what to expect:
1. Apply online at www.hrapply.com/thecosmopolitanoflasvegas/AppJobSearch.jsp.
2. The Talent Team reviews your application and emails you to let you know if you’ll be moving forward.
3. Approved applicants are invited to participate in a group audition and departmental interviews.
4. Those selected are sent an offer letter and new hire information.
5. Your journey as a CoStar begins.
I’m having trouble signing in to my account.
Please log in to your account at www.hrapply.com/thecosmopolitanoflasvegas/AppJobSearch.jsp. Click Login to access your application. Please note, on The Cosmopolitan home page, the “Identity Sign In” option in the top right corner is for Identity Membership Members, not for Cosmopolitan Careers.
What if I don’t have a formal resume to enter into the form?
We prefer a formal resume attached to your application, but you may apply without one. When submitting a resume, make sure it’s up to date and paints a picture of who you are and what you know.
What if I don’t have a computer or email address?
All applications must be submitted online and have an associated email address. Computers at our Talent Center are available for use on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10am-3pm. If you need an email account, there are a number of providers that will allow you to create one for free, e.g., Yahoo Mail and Gmail.
May I apply to more than one position at a time?
Applicants may have only one active application at a time. Please apply for the position that most interests you and for which you are most qualified.
What if there are no times available when I log in to schedule my audition?
We post audition times every Wednesday for the following week. If there are no times available, please log in to your account on Wednesday to review open times for the following week. Audition times are between 8AM and 4PM Monday through Friday.
What is the minimum age requirement to work for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas?
You must be at least 18 years old to work for The Cosmopolitan. However, some positions require you be at least 21 years old.
I forgot my username and password. What should I do?
Your username will be the email you originally used to create your application. Click on the Forgot Password tab, and your password information will be sent to that email address.
What if my contact information has changed? (Email address, phone number, etc.)
No problem, easy fix. Log in to your account with the email address you used to create your account. Click on the tab: View Application. Click on the tab: Personal Information. You can edit all of your contact information here. Don’t forget to click: Continue to save your information.
I submitted my application but haven’t heard back from The Cosmopolitan. What is the status of my application?
It can take 5-10 business days for your application to be reviewed. Once reviewed, you’ll receive an email detailing next steps. To see the status of your application, please check online.
What is a group audition?
A group audition is a group interview consisting of 8-12 applicants interested in various positions. This interview is a chance for you to learn about The Cosmopolitan’s culture and brand, and a chance for us to get to learn more about you.
How should I dress for the audition?
We recommend you wear business attire.
Where is the audition?
Auditions are held at our SoCo building, (Southwest of The Cosmopolitan) not the hotel on Las Vegas Boulevard.
