Tropfest and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas are collaborating to bring the world’s largest short film festival to the city of lights with the launch of Tropfest Las Vegas.
The weekend-long event which celebrates the 20th Birthday of the short film festival will also feature live musical performances, film-themed birthday events and will culminate with a Tropfest “All Star” competition featuring some of the best Tropfest films from the past twenty years. Choosing from 16 Finalist Films, an industry and celebrity judging panel will select the overall winner from Tropfest’s storied history live in front of thousands of festival-goers.

Friday, June 1 - 9:00 PM - Tropfest Welcome Party with Live Music by Allen Stone

Sunday, June 3 - 8:00 PM - All-Star Competition and Live Performance by singer/songwriter LP

The Road to Vegas short film contest is closed for entries, but you can now vote to help determine the top submission. The videos will be screened as part of the 3-day Tropfest Las Vegas at the Boulevard Pool, overlooking The Strip. Winners will receive a 3 night stay at The Cosmopolitan, VIP entrance to the Tropfest film festival and a chance to have their film shown to film industry professionals and critics.
