GIFT CARDS
Give the Sahra experience by purchasing a gift card in any denomination. They’re available via our hotel concierge, in advance by calling 702-698-7475, or in person at the spa reception.
SPA & FITNESS CENTER DAY USAGE
Guests have the option of enjoying our full spa and fitness center with the purchase of any treatment of $75 or more. Those who wish to use only the spa and fitness center may purchase a pass with the spa concierge.
CANCELLATION REQUIREMENT
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please give us a 4-hour advance notice to avoid being charged-in-full for the price of the service.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Spa and fitness center access is available to all guests 18 years and older.
SERVICE PROVIDER PREFERENCE
Your comfort with our therapists is a priority. When scheduling your treatments, please let us know if you prefer a male or female therapist, or have no preference. This provides greater assurance that we are selecting the therapist most qualified to serve your needs.
ARRIVAL
Calmly approaching your appointment enhances your experience. We recommend entering the spa up to 60 minutes before your treatment to relax into all Sahra has to offer. At minimum, 30 minutes is required to change into your robe and slippers and place your belongings in a private-issued locker. To ensure the safety of your valuables, please remove any jewelry prior to your spa visit. Cellular phones and electronic devices should be turned off and placed in your private locker to preserve the serenity of Sahra’s atmosphere.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
Sahra’s philosophy centers on health, healing, and wholeness. Before partaking in any treatment, please inform us of any medical conditions. This includes pregnancy, sunburn, allergies, or special concerns you may have. At times, active ingredients in certain skin care products are not recommended while using specific prescription medications or if you suffer certain types of allergies. Please let us know any possible considerations before your service so that we may select the products that will only enhance your experience.
GRATUITIES
To assist you in showing appreciation for the care you receive at Sahra, we have added 18% gratuity to your bill. Should you wish to personally thank your service provider with an additional contribution you may arrange for that after your treatment(s). A member of our management team is always available should you have questions.
