I want to be the next Cosmopolitan CoStar, how do I apply?

I want to apply for a position that I previously saw listed online, but now it’s not listed. May I still apply?
As our business needs change, we update our available positions online. When a position is no longer listed online, the position is no longer available. Add the Job Spies feature on your account. This will keep you in the know when a position becomes available again.
How may I learn about job opportunities at The Cosmopolitan if they are not listed online now?
Once you create an online account, click on the tab: Manage Job Spies. This tab will allow you to check areas you are interested in for future opportunities. Once an opportunity opens in a desired area, you will receive an email with the available position to review. Easy!
I was referred by a current CoStar, what do I need to do?
We love it when CoStars refer great talent. Please complete an application and, under referral source, select employee referral and enter the current CoStar’s name.
What are the steps of the Talent Process?
Generally speaking, you may expect the steps below. CoStars are one of our greatest assets, so we take our time to ensure we select the right person for the right position. The process may take longer than you expect, but we feel it’s critical to our success.
1. Apply online at www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com/join-our-team.aspx
2. Once your application is submitted, the Talent Team will review. We will send you an email informing you whether or not The Cosmopolitan would like to move forward with your application.
3. The next steps would be a group audition and department interviews.
4. If selected, you will receive an offer letter and new hire information.
5. Your journey as a CoStar begins!
I’m having trouble signing in to my account.
Please log in to your account at www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com/join-our-team.aspx, click Login to access your application. Please note, on The Cosmopolitan home page, the “Identity Sign In” option in the top right corner is for Identity Membership Members, not for Cosmopolitan Careers.
What if I don’t have a formal resume to enter into the form?
We prefer a formal resume attached to your application, but you may apply to a position without a resume attached. When submitting a resume, make sure it’s up to date and paints a picture of who you are and what you know.
What if I don’t have a computer or email address?
All applications must be submitted online. Computers at our Talent Center are available for use on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10am-3pm. All applications must have an associated email address. If you need an email account, check out the various email providers: Yahoo Mail, Gmail, etc. for a free account.
May I apply to more than one position at a time?
Applicants may have only one active application at a time. Please apply for the position you are most interested in and for which you are most qualified. You know - the one you want the most!
What if there are no times available when I log in to schedule my audition?
We post audition times every Wednesday for the following week. If there are no times available, please log in to your account on Wednesday to review open times for the following week. Audition times vary from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.
What is the minimum age requirement to work for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas?
The minimum age requirement for all positions is 18 years old, but, depending on the position, the minimum age might be 21 years old.
I forgot my username and password, what should I do?
Your username will be the email you originally used to create your application. Click on the Forgot Password tab, and your password information will be sent to that email address.
What if my contact information has changed? (Email address, phone number, etc.)
No problem, easy fix. Log into your account with the email address you used to create your account. Click on the tab: View Application. Click on the tab: Personal Information. You may edit all of your contact information here. Don’t forget to Click: Continue to save your information.
I submitted my application but haven’t heard back from The Cosmopolitan. What is the status of my application?
Once you complete the application, it may take anywhere between 5-10 business days for your application to be reviewed. Once reviewed, you will receive an email detailing next steps of the application process. You may always check online to see the status of your application.
What is a group audition?
A group audition is a group interview consisting of 8-12 applicants interested in various positions. This interview is a chance for you to learn about The Cosmopolitan’s culture and brand, and a chance for us to get to learn more about you. No singing and dancing required, well, unless you want to.
How should I dress to the audition?
We recommend you wear business attire for this occasion. No tuxes or gowns required, but dress for success.
Where is the location of the audition?
We are not located at the hotel on Las Vegas Boulevard. We’re at our SoCo building (Southwest of The Cosmopolitan).
