RESORT FEE

A daily resort fee of $50 plus applicable tax will be added to your room rate for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night which entitles you to receive the following amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: In-room wireless internet access; unlimited local, domestic long distance (the 50 United States and DC) and toll-free calls; fitness center access; tennis & pickleball court access; and digital newspaper and magazine access. Amenities, such as fitness center and tennis & pickleball court access, are subject to availability and guest demand. The resort fee policy for packages and promotions may vary. Complimentary resort fee is available at The Cosmopolitan for Identity Members at qualifying tiers. However, complimentary resort fee is not available at The Cosmopolitan based on MGM Rewards Program tier status.

INCIDENTALS POLICY

A valid credit card authorized to cover additional room & tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. An incidental deposit of $1,000 per night will be authorized on a valid credit card upon check-in if a Bungalow or Chelsea Penthouse has been reserved.

SMOKE-FREE POLICY

Smoking any substance, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, hookah, vaping, marijuana and any other substance, inside a guest room is strictly prohibited. Guests are permitted to smoke lawful substances outside on their terrace, provided they (i) use the ashtray located on the terrace and (ii) close the guest room door (so smoke does not enter the guest room). It is not lawful to smoke, consume, possess or distribute marijuana products (whether recreationally or for medicinal purposes) or any other illegal substance anywhere at the resort, including in guest rooms or on terraces.

Any paraphernalia commonly associated with marijuana or any other illegal substance is also strictly prohibited anywhere at the resort, including in guest rooms or on terraces. Any such substances and products are subject to immediate confiscation. Any violation of this policy will result in a smoking fee of $500.00 (plus applicable taxes), additional cleaning fees of $500.00 (minimum) and any additional fees and costs that may be incurred to deep clean and/or repair a guest room. Violation of this policy may result in eviction and/or trespass from the resort.

CHECK-IN POLICY

Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-In time is 3PM and Check-Out time is 11AM, with the exception of The Chelsea Penthouses & Bungalows that have check-in beginning at 6PM on Saturdays & Sundays only.

INTERNET ACCESS

Complimentary wireless internet access is available for all hotel and non-hotel guests visiting The Cosmopolitan. Access and speeds may vary based on user’s location in the resort.

PARKING

Valet & self-parking are available on-property 24 hours daily. Registered hotel guests are subject to applicable parking rates. Valet parking rates begin at $35 from Mon - Thurs, and $40 from Fri - Sat. Complimentary valet parking is available for Identity Members at qualifying tiers. View complete parking details.

FOOD & DRINK

No outside food or drink is permitted in guest rooms.

ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES

Maximum occupancy is four persons per room. Additional nightly fees apply for reservations with more than two adults. An adult is defined as an individual 18 years of age and older.
