    As health and safety remain a top priority, The Cosmopolitan has implemented strict guidelines that meet or exceed the standards set by local, state and federal authorities. Learn about Our Commitment to your Health and Safety.

    The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas requires all CoStars and guests to wear face masks while inside public areas of the resort. If you are in need of a mask, you will be provided one by resort staff. Exceptions to this policy include children under the age of 9, guests who cannot wear a face mask due to a medical condition, disability, or those who are unable to remove a mask without assistance. For guests with a confirmed medical condition that does not permit them to wear a face mask, complimentary face shields are available.

    For your convenience, we provide all hotel guests with an in-room amenity kit, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and additional items to make you feel more reassured during your stay.

    Nevada Governor Sisolak announced additional restrictions in an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in Nevada. As of March 15, 2021:

    • Face coverings or masks must be worn at all times, unless actively eating or drinking.
    • Restaurant and lounge reservations are encouraged in advance and party size is limited to six per table.
    • Strict social distancing and state-mandated capacity limits of 50% occupancy or less in the Casino, Restaurants and Lounges are required.
  • Cancellation Policy

    As we continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19, we’ve updated our cancellation policy from 72 hours to 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your arrival will result in a forfeit of the initial deposit.

    While our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, if you are traveling from a region impacted by the coronavirus, we will review your cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.
