    As health and safety remain a top priority, The Cosmopolitan has implemented strict guidelines that meet or exceed the standards set by local, state and federal authorities. Learn about Our Commitment to your Health and Safety.

    Effective Thursday, June 25 at 3PM PDT, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will require all guests to wear face masks while inside public areas of the resort. If you are in need of a mask, you will be provided one by resort staff. Exceptions to this policy include children under the age of 9, guests who cannot wear a face mask due to a medical condition, disability, or those who are unable to remove a mask without assistance. This newly updated guideline is an addition to the previously instated policy that all CoStars (employees) and table games guests are required to wear masks.

  • Cancellation Policy

    As we continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19, we’ve updated our cancellation policy from 72 hours to 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your arrival will result in a forfeit of the initial deposit.

    While our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, if you are traveling from a region impacted by the coronavirus, we will review your cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.
