Resort Fee
A daily resort fee of $50 plus applicable tax will be added to your room rate for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night which entitles you to receive the following amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: In-room wireless internet access; unlimited local, domestic long distance (the 50 United States and DC) and toll-free calls; fitness center access; tennis & pickleball court access; and digital newspaper and magazine access. Amenities, such as fitness center and tennis & pickleball court access, are subject to availability and guest demand. The resort fee policy for packages and promotions may vary. Complimentary resort fee is available at The Cosmopolitan for Identity Members at qualifying tiers. However, complimentary resort fee is not available at The Cosmopolitan based on MGM Rewards Program tier status.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date, unless otherwise specified above, to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Contracted groups and suites may be subject to alternative cancellation policies.
Deposit Policy
All reservations require a credit card deposit equaling the first night's room and tax of stay due at time of booking.
Incidentals Policy
A valid credit card authorized to cover additional room and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.
Smoke-Free Policy
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or meeting spaces. The gaming areas and bars are the only designated locations where smoking is permitted.
Check-in Policy
Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.
Check-in/Check-out Time
Check-In time is 3:00pm and Check-Out time is 11:00am.

Internet Access
Complimentary wireless internet access is available for all hotel and non-hotel guests visiting The Cosmopolitan. Access and speeds may vary based on user’s location in the resort.
Parking
Valet & self-parking are available on-property 24 hours daily. Registered hotel guests are subject to applicable parking rates. Valet parking rates begin at $15 for up to 4 hours or $20 per day. Complimentary valet parking is available for Identity Members at qualifying tiers. View complete parking details.
Food & Drink
No outside food or drink is permitted in guest rooms.
Additional Person Charges
Maximum occupancy is four persons per room. Additional nightly fees apply for reservations with more than two adults. An adult is defined as an individual 18 years of age and older.
