    CoStars (that’s what we call ourselves here at The Cosmopolitan) are our greatest assets, and our approach to talent engagement reflects that. While the selection process may take longer than you expect, we feel it’s critical to your success and ours. Here’s what to expect:

    2. The Talent Team reviews your application and emails you to let you know if you are under consideration.
    3. Approved applicants are invited to participate in a group audition and departmental interviews.
    4. Those selected are sent an offer letter and new hire information.
    5. Your journey as a CoStar begins.
