Hotel FAQs

  • We are conveniently located in the heart of Las Vegas Boulevard on the north side of Harmon between City Center and Bellagio.

  • All of our rooms are unique and offer amenities not found in the typical Las Vegas Hotel room. We feature HD TV’s, spa-inspired bathrooms, and terraces with breathtaking views of Las Vegas. Visit our Rooms & Suites page to learn more.

  • Group shuttles are an economical way to get from the airport to The Cosmopolitan. Please be aware that while en route, group shuttles make multiple stops at locations along the way. Shuttle arrangements can be made with our Concierge at 702.698.7475 (please give at least 4 hours of notice).

  • There is a Hertz desk located on Level 2 of Boulevard Tower, which is open 7AM - 5PM daily. Guests can book online anytime at or call the Hertz desk directly at 702.698.6164 with questions. Rental cars are subject to standard parking rates.

  • All of our rooms come with a mini refrigerator and fully-stocked minibar that offers unique snacks and cocktails.

  • Yes. We are able to create a feather-free room. Contact Resort Services to arrange this prior to your arrival at 877.551.7778.

  • All of our rooms are "dog friendly." Guests staying at The Cosmopolitan can bring up to two dogs of any size with them. However, dogs are not allowed in restaurants, food and beverage areas, the casino floor, or gaming areas, and are not allowed in the pool or fitness center areas unless credentialed as service animals. Other pets or animals are not allowed at the resort.

  • Guests of and visitors to The Cosmopolitan are required to wear resort attire and are prohibited from wearing face coverings, hoods or hoodies of any kind and face paintings. Shoes are required and tops and bottoms must be covered. Sheer cover-ups, or cover-ups that are closed, are permitted while walking through the resort. Uncovered swimsuits are allowed inside pool areas only. Guests who need appropriate clothing or shoes can choose from several retail stores in the resort. Stricter dress codes are enforced at some of The Cosmopolitan’s restaurants and nightlife venues.

  • Guests and visitors to The Cosmopolitan may not consume or possess marijuana or other illegal drugs at any time, including in our rooms, terraces, pool areas, and the casino. This applies to both medicinal and recreational marijuana consumption regardless of the form, including smoking, inhaling, vaping, ingesting, or any other method. In addition, smoking is prohibited in all of our guest rooms and violation of that policy may result in fines or eviction.

  • Guests staying with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas receive complimentary admission to Marquee for themselves plus one additional registered guest on Friday and Monday nights before 11 PM. Complimentary admission is subject to the discretion of Marquee management and may not be available during special events or holidays.

Room Reservations FAQs

  • We have a 72-hour cancellation policy, unless otherwise stated. Cancellations less than 72 hours before your arrival will result in a forfeit of the initial deposit.

  • If you booked your reservation by phone, please call 877-551-7778.

    If your reservation was booked on our website:

    • Locate the Web Reservation Number listed in your confirmation email
    • Visit our online room reservations website (from a desktop computer or mobile device)
    • Click on the Modify/Cancel link at the bottom of the page
    • Enter your Reservation Number and last name to access your reservation
  • Our rates are based upon double occupancy and can accommodate 4 adults. You may add a 3rd and 4th adult for $35 per person per night.

  • Additional guests on your reservation can check in as long as they are able to provide a credit card for incidentals. This does not apply to guests who are staying on casino offers.

  • Several of our room types have two queen beds. If you and your guests are staying in a room with a king bed and would like a rollaway, we will be happy to provide one per room for an additional cost.

  • With the reservation of a Terrace Suite or Wraparound Terrace Suite, you are able to have a maximum of fifteen people in your room at one time. The Cosmopolitan reserves the right to ensure the safety of all guests, up to and including removal of an individual from the resort.

  • The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation is required upon arrival. If this card is not present at check-in, the applied deposit will be refunded and a new form of payment will be collected.

  • Yes; we are happy to accept advance payment for Hotel Room, Tax and/or Resort Fee at least 10 days prior to the arrival date. Send a completed Payment Card Authorization Form via e-mail, to or fax to 702.314.3980.

  • The incidental hold on your credit card is $150 a day if you are a domestic traveler or $50 a day if you are an international traveler. If a debit card is used, an authorization will appear as an actual charge and the remaining funds will be refunded at check out.

    The refund can take 7-10 business days for domestic travelers and 7-30 business days for international travelers. If the refund takes longer than the expected business days to process, please contact your bank to inquire on the status of the refund.

  • Our check-in time is 3PM. If you arrive early, you may pre-register and we will contact you via text message when your room is ready.

    The Cosmopolitan is pleased to offer an Early Check-In Program to our guests, which guarantees a room to be ready by 11AM for an additional fee of $50. To inquire about availability, please call Resort Services at 877.551.7778.

  • Check-out time is 11AM. Late check-out is offered based on availability, and late check-out fees may apply. Contact Guest Services or the Front Desk directly to request a late check-out.

  • At The Cosmopolitan, we have bundled everyday essentials into one nightly charge of $39 (plus tax). This is automatically added to your bill. It includes:

    • Unlimited local, toll-free and domestic long distance phone calls
    • Fitness center access
    • Tennis court access
    • Complimentary self and valet parking
  • Our hotel rooms may not be used as meeting space. If you are planning on holding a meeting at the resort, please contact our Conference Services Department at 877.551.7778 and they will be happy to curate your experience.

  • Outside food and drinks for personal consumption are permitted. Refreshments for larger parties are not permitted.

    Personal coolers are not permitted unless they are needed for dietary or medical purposes. If you have special circumstances, please contact a Resort Services manager prior to your arrival.

  • Please SUBMIT A LOST & FOUND REQUEST FORM so we can help track down your item.

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to enter The Cosmopolitan casino unless accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted in any gaming or bar area.

Casino FAQs

  • If you forgot to cash out an EZ-pay ticket after playing in our casino, please send the voucher along with your name and address to:
