Photography & Videography Release

I do hereby irrevocably authorize Nevada Property 1 LLC dba The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, its successors and assigns and those acting under its permission or authority (collectively referred to herein as the “Releasees”), to copyright, use and publish, for art, advertising, trade, publicity, social media, promotion or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, digital, video, film or other images of myself reproduced in any medium any of the Releasees deem appropriate.

I do hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising or any copy that may be used in connection therewith or use to which it may be applied.

Use my name, likeness, and/or voice in connection with or promotion of these recordings.

I acknowledge that no royalties, compensation, or residuals will be paid to me.

I hereby release and discharge the Releasees from any liability by virtue of blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of the pictures or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product.

I have read the above authorization and release prior to its execution and am fully familiar with the contents thereof.
