The Boulevard Penthouses are the pinnacle of exclusivity high above The Las Vegas Strip
A curated collection of 25 magnificent escapes commandeering the top five floors, each penthouse was created by world-class interior designers to provide a distinctly different high-end experience. Spanning in size from 2,000 – 5,000 square feet, step inside modern glamour and reimagined opulence amidst panoramic views of the entire Las Vegas Valley. From handcrafted 24-karat gold finishes to hand-cut Italian mosaics, every detail works to create an elevated luxury perspective for you, the discerning traveler.
In order to capture the exclusivity and bespoke nature of the space, Adam D. Tihany imagined two distinct guest personas in the design for the penthouses. Inspired by the characters’ imagined native cities of Beverly Hills and New York, the luxury residential interiors embody both east and west coasts while catering to the grandeur and excitement of Las Vegas.
Ochre, coriander and blush tones are found throughout Daun Curry’s designs, featuring eclectic interiors inspired by international locales. Contrasting textures are set to challenge guests to examine their surroundings while ensconced in the warmth and beauty of the space.
Drawing inspiration from the vibrancy of the location and the dynamic and exciting spaces at The Cosmopolitan, Richmond International’s designs feature tailored finishes such as 24-karat gold handcrafted resin and verre eglomise panels. Featuring two different color palettes—one anchored in teal and jewel tones and the other a vibrant cobalt blue—these penthouses have a distinct identity.
Bentel & Bentel
Discover four unique penthouses on the 70th floor Designed by Bentel & Bentel.
The Mandrake: Designed for privacy beyond the open space, this suite is best described as a cool breath of fresh air: simple, uncompleted, geometric design comprised of circles, triangles & squares, with a color palate of natural oak, gray, black & white. The water feature resembles a melting block of ice, symbolic of relaxing and becoming a part of the surrounding environment.
The Hemlock: The largest of our Boulevard Penthouses faces southwest, and is subject to some grueling afternoon sunrays. The cool material palate seeks to mitigate the blazing heat and the presence of flowing water not only brings water to the desert, but also acts as a natural humidifier.
The Foxglove: Inspired by classic movies such as Jean-Luc Goudard’s Breathless and A Place in the Sun, the Foxglove suite invokes the relationship of light & film by blurring lines between the private & public realms. This suite, more so than others, is meant to be fully appreciated at night.
The Bronte: This is the smallest and most domestic of our penthouses, designed as a true loft space with private retreats beyond the bar and full kitchen incorporated into the main room. Once again, the color palate is designed to keep the penthouse cool and light; an oasis that blends into the desert. The prism art installation is arranged in specific design to capitalize on light entering the suite as the sun sets over the western mountain range.
