The pinnacle of exclusivity, The Chelsea Penthouses at The Cosmopolitan were created for guests who desire a truly distinctive resort experience. Each penthouse suite provides a one-of-a-kind experience through whimsical touches like crystal-encrusted wall textures, an unexpected art collection, and rich, hand-woven fabrics.
The penthouses range in size starting from 2,400 square feet and are available in two-bedroom (up to four guests) and three-bedroom (up to eight guests) configurations. Each features the most advanced technology, floor-to-ceiling windows and a separate wet bar. The 3 bedroom penthouses offer terraces with panoramic views and can be booked through our Celebrations Team.

Primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. Full pre-payment for the entire stay for The Chelsea Penthouse is required at the time of booking, inclusive of room and tax. Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of full room and tax deposit. Our Celebrations Team will reach out to you to confirm receipt of payment and arrange transportation. Transportation arrangements are not guaranteed unless travel and flight information are confirmed with the Celebrations Team at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Check-in begins at 6PM on Saturdays & Sundays. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside your suite. Personal coolers are not permitted inside guest rooms unless they are required for dietary or medical reasons. Smoking inside the suite is strictly prohibited; this includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, hookah, vaping, marijuana and all other substances. Any paraphernalia including marijuana or illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the resort. If hosting an in-suite function, please reach out to the Celebrations Team for assistance. No more than 10 guests are allowed in the suite at any given time without pre-approval from the Celebrations department. When booking this suite, you agree to comply with all hotel and front desk policies regarding maximum suite occupancy, hotel property and all other suite policies. In-suite functions are not in-lieu of exhibiting at a convention and require agreement to all City-Wide Convention Policies. Signage in any area of the hotel is prohibited.
