    The Bishop's have been synonymous with great Nashville food hot spots like Morrison's Cafeteria to Bishop's Meat and Three. Now Nick Bishop, Jr. and Sr. have created a Nashville hot chicken that also honors the three women in their family that shared the name, Hattie. The love of their creation is evident as Hattie B's has grown to seven locations throughout the South and Las Vegas.
