Italian American Psychedelic
Superfrico is an Italian American Psychedelic restaurant inside the ultimate Las Vegas house party. Beyond its enigmatic purple doors, world-class, rule-breaking creatives cut loose and do their thing—in the kitchen, behind the bars, inside the walls, under the bed—and you’re invited.
Tag in Chef & International Pizza Czar Anthony Falco, Principal Pourer Leo Robitschek of Eleven Madison Park, General Manager Natasha Gonzalez and Executive Chef Mitch Emge direct from The Cosmopolitan and you’ve got just the can-do crew to make Superfrico—dare we say it?—Las Vegas' Las Vegiest place.
The cuisine, Italian American Psychedelic, pays homage to generations of Old World Italian cooks, reimagining a treasure trove of classic dishes and family heirloom recipes with the planet’s best, most mind-blowing flavors, textures and techniques. We’re talking a mind-altering, all-senses-overloaded take on familiar favorites, all night long—including Chef Falco’s signature selection of pizza perfection, house-made pasta, steaks, seafood, desserts and late-night finales.
A veritable smorgasbord for the senses, Superfrico is more than a restaurant—it’s an experience. Expect wall-to-wall eye candy across a series of imaginatively-themed, infinitely explorable bars, lounges and dining rooms, all with a bumpin’ soundtrack courtesy of the Strip’s only all-vinyl DJ.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable evening, you can’t beat cocktails and a dinner reservation at Superfrico, followed by tickets to Spiegelworld’s hit show OPM, which plays in the theatre just steps away at 7PM & 9PM. Or vice versa! Start with OPM, then end up at Superfrico for a late supper (and then some). The kitchen’s open late, so you do you, boo.
Come for a drink or a bite, then go off-menu and stay all night...
The Ski Lodge
Inspired by the world’s finest winter resorts, the Ski Lodge is one of eight unique spaces within Superfrico. The cabin-styled Ski Lodge pairs the quality and service of a ritzy, members-only cocktail club with the comfort and camaraderie of such low key spots as Hokkaido, Japan’s legendary Bar-Gyu.
Once inside, guests are rewarded with the city’s most sophisticated (and delicious) cocktail and pizza program.
