Inspired by the informal izakaya dining style, the international restaurant features a modern Japanese cuisine that is authentic but not traditional.

zuma is the creation of chef and co-founder Rainer Becker.

zuma’s menu features a variety of dishes from its three kitchens—the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill. True to the izakaya experience, guests are offered dishes designed to be shared and brought to the table continuously throughout the meal. The menu offers a wide selection of elegantly presented dishes, including many items that are bolder in flavor than traditional Japanese cuisine.

zuma is proud to participate in Three Square's Restaurant Week from Monday, June 19 – Friday, June 30. This two-week event benefits the community's largest food bank, which feeds nearly 100,000 men, women, children, and seniors in Las Vegas each month. Participating restaurants create special menus to offer guests with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Three Square.

  • First Course: Hamachi Sashimi (toasted nori and sesame soy), Signature zuma salad, King Crab and Shiso Tempura, Beef Tartar (truffle, black pepper and assorted root crackers), Grilled Octopus (with lemon chili sauce and pickled fennel)
  • Second Course: Sushi/Maki
  • Third Course: Chashu Duck Hotpot, Waygu Skirt Steak Skewers, Grilled Zucchini (with honey soy, tarragon mustard and green tea salt)
  • Dessert: Assorted Cream Puffs, Japanese Sundae
