Christina Tosi's Milk Bar

Established by award-winning chef and owner Christina Tosi in 2008, Milk Bar focuses on putting a playful, approachable spin on nostalgic home-style desserts. Milk Bar has 15 other stores in New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Toronto and Washington, D.C.

Along with menu highlights such as the salty sweet Compost Cookie, Birthday Cake, and Milk Bar Pie, the Las Vegas location of Milk Bar features exclusive menu items available only at The Cosmopolitan, including alcohol-infused Fancy Shakes like the Cereal Milk White Russian, as well as other limited edition menu items from special cakes to special soft serve flavors and more.

    Chef Bio: Christina Tosi

    Christina Tosi is the chef, founder, and owner of Milk Bar. Christina founded the dessert programs at the Momofuku restaurants and went on to open Milk Bar in 2008. Since then, Christina has changed the face of baking with her innovative creations that have gained worldwide recognition, including the iconic Cereal Milk™ soft serve, Compost Cookies® and Milk Bar Pie.

    The two-time James Beard award-winner was named one of Fortune Magazine’s 40 Under 40 and was recently profiled on Chef’s Table, the Emmy-nominated docu-series on Netflix. She’s authored three cookbooks and has been a judge on the Fox’s Masterchef and Masterchef Junior. You may have spotted Tosi in the New York Times, Forbes, or Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Otherwise, you’re likely to see her sporting her signature bandana, searching for new ways to turn familiar flavors and textures upside down.
